Description of banner:
It is a 7-stripes banner with vertical alternating white and black stripes. It has a white bannerhead. In its centre is the coat of arms.

Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per fess. Above is a silver (=white) field divided by a black cross, below a black field with a bendy silver(=white) key.
Meaning:
According to source the cross is symbolizing the archbishopric and electorate of Köln and the key is an attribute of its patron St.Peter.
