Description of the Flag

Angra dos Reis, a municipality in the "Green Coast Region" of the State, famous because the resorts, paradise islands (365 each for a day in the year) and the two nuclear plants, the colors are the traditional colors of the State. The flag is a white-blue vertical bicolor with the arms centered.
