Located in Takasaki City Gunma Prefecture and established in 2001. The embroidered ceremonial flag has maroon background with a gold and silver emblem and horizontally written in gold kanji university name in gold fringe. The university flag has navy blue background with a white emblem and the university name written horizontally in white kanji. The university emblem expresses two key words: "tradition" and "future. The motif representing "tradition" is the wisteria vine on the left side, which represents the history and trust that has been built up until now. The circle represents the earth, or the international community, and expresses the aspect of human resources with a broad perspective and international mindset who will spread their wings into the "future" of the world.
