Presentation of Sveti Đurđ

The Municipality of Sveti Đurđ (St. George) is located some 30 km east of Varaždin and about 3 km due north of Ludberg. It had about 4,400 inhabitants in 1993.

Flag of Sveti Đurđ

The symbols of Sveti Đurđ are described in the Municipality Statutes Statut Općine Sveti Đurđ, adopted on 5 October 2001 by the Municipality Assembly and published in the County official gazette Službeni vjesnik Varaždinske županije, No. 20.
The current Statutes Statut Općine Sveti Đurđ, adopted on 9 September 2009 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 16 September 2009 in Službeni vjesnik Varaždinske županije, No. 32, repeats the description of the symbols.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms in the middle.
