Kutno - urban commune, Kutno County, Łódzkie Voivodship
Arms: on a light-blue field two lions standing upright and facing each other.
Between them a blysmus (polish: ostrzew) with cut-off branches - green.

Flag: adopted on July 16, 2002 by the City Council.
