About E.P.P.

The Paraguayan People’s Army (Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo or EPP) is a communist guerrilla of Paraguay, established in 2005 and operational since March 1, 2008. (Source: English Wikipedia)

It’s been stated over the years, that this organization has had such ties with the Colombian FARC guerrilla that they are even evolving into a new name, the Farp (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias Paraguayas, Paraguayan Revolutionary Armed Forces) imitating Farc in their name and also other techniques and modus operandi, as noted here and here.
