A design of Mexican gay rainbow flag is presented here. Another gay rainbow flag, derived from the national flag by replacing green and red fields by six rainbow colors, has first appeared at the GayJourney.COM where it is marked as having been designed by the site’s author, Greg Gomes. The images of this flag have been appearing at the Web for years as illustrations of LGBT-related articles, but the real flag was eventually manufactured and offered for sale at eBay. There, white field seems to be a bit wider than the rainbow patterns, while it was visibly narrower in the original image. Also, the flag looks less oblong than the declared ratio of 3:5, which was used in the attached image, in which the white field was also made as wide as the rainbow patterns, to model it more after the national flag, but also to avoid the contradictions about its width. Image above of described flag; derived from the image of Mexican national flag from Wikipedia

Mexican gay flag proposed by Greg Gomes and presented at GayJourney.COM. Two photos of this flag, taken in the Castro neighborhood of San Francisco, California on 2015-07-30, can be found here: Wikipedia [01] and Wikipedia [02]. The flag shown in the first photo has the white field approximately as wide as the rainbow patterns and the ratio of about 2:3, while the one in the second photo has the white field visibly wider than the other two and the ratio might be the same or a bit more oblong.
