It seems that the Trade Union (Savez Samostalnih Sindikata
Hrvatske) changed their flag recently (a year or more ago). I
pass by their headquarters in Zagreb every day and this new flags
are up for a while, while the previous green
one is no longer shown outside the building.
The new emblem still include the rooster, as you may see on their page <sssh.boa.hr>. The large logo image is at <sssh.boa.hr/sssh_znak.jpg>. It seems that both red on white and white on red flags are used, as you see on the photo. Also you may see that some of these flags are not rectangular. I believe that these are made especially for the main heqdquarters building that include a row of two or three dozen flagstafs slanted above the entrance. Once (some years ago) there were hoisted flags of all member Unions, but nowdays the red and white flags are there mostly (though not every day).

The flag of the Association of the Independent Trade Unions of
Croatia (Savez Samostalnih Sindikata Hrvatske) is light
green with the shield-like symbol of the Association - white
bordered light blue fibriated light green shield with red
stylized cock. In the chief there are red-blue stylized initials
of the Association (SSSH) and parts of the croatian chequy
The Association recently organized quite disturbing (for the government) demonstrations, which included lots of these flags.
