It is a yellow-white-yellow vertical triband, in between fimbriated by black striplets. The coat of arms is shifted to the top within the central stripe.

Coat of Arms

Shield Or, divided by a saltire checkered of sable and Argent, in chief quarter a coronet Argent.
Meaning:
The arms are derived from the arms of the medieval Lords of Waldmannshausen, who had many possessions in the current municipality, especially Waldmannshausen estate and Waldmannshausen village (independent until 1936).
