The flag's ratio is 3:5. It is a blue - yellow - blue vertical triband with ratio 1:2:1. The coat of arms is in the middle of the central stripe.

Description of coat of arms:
In a blue shield is a bunch of three golden (= yellow) ears of grain.
Meaning:
According to source the grain is symbolizing the importance of agriculture. The number three is symbolizing the former municipalities of Stäbelow, Bliesekow and Wilsen, which formed the current muncipality.
