Here is the flag of the municipality of Staré Křečany, Ústi region (okres Děčín), approved 8 June 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: green, a white over red hoist, charged with two flowers countercharged.

At the municipal homepage one can see a very small Coat of Arms; the top is nearly identical to the flag's hoist, but I don't have a clue what's on the green part: a laundry basket, a basket with a veiled spitting Gaboon viper?
