Description of the flag

The City of Frankston (http://www.frankston.vic.gov.au) is in southeast Melbourne, Australia.

The flag is a white with the city logo. The logo has the words 'Frankston City' (in a casual font) in blue across the centre, with a rough circular shape outlined above by a blue dolphin, and below by curved shapes of yellow and green.

The council meeting minutes from 4 April 2011 say that at that point, the normal practice at the Civic Centre was to fly, during business hours, the national flag, the Victorian 'state' flag [their quotes], the Aboriginal and TSI flags, the city flag and the St Kilda flag.
