The flag of Beckley is a white field with a brown border, in the middle is the seal of Beckley
Both the new flag and seal were adopted in June 2016 after an insignia overall by the city.

First flag and seal

The first flag of Beckley is a white field with a blue border. In the middle is the first seal of Beckley.

The first seal of Beckley is a series of double-rings with the the city name which has a clock angle of 9:30 to 2:30 clockwise. At the bottom of the disk is the state name italicized with a clock angles of 8:00 to 4:00 counterclockwise. In between the two lines of text is the founding year of 1838. In the center, starting from the bottom is a section of downtown Beckley, a plow, a vintage mine crane, Factories, and a forest. The scene is overlooked by the head of Arthur Beckley. The entire seal is in blue and white colors.

Nothing is known about the adoption of the seal or flag, however they were both relinquished in June 2016 after looking at city website archives.

Police Department flag

The flag of the Beckley Police department is a vertical tribar of black-white-black. In the center is the seal of the police department, which contains uneven pointed badge of light grey.
