It is a 3:5 very very dark blue (Old Glory blue) flag with a four golden ears of wheat limiting a dark red (Old Glory red) rough lozenge in the center of the flag; on it a pair of white horns with golden joint above a wind-powered water pump (?) propeller and rudder, all golden.

The Lipscomb County (Texas) Sheriff’s Office does not have a flag, as
reported to me by an individual who responded to my query through the Office’s
