Arlington Heights is on the north side of Cincinnati, southwestern Ohio. With a population of a little over 1,000 (1990 census), and being part of Cincinnati, it does not have a well-developed webpage with community information. The seal on
the pennant-shaped flag is that of the state of Ohio, coloured in red, blue and white. I wonder if the 16 stars is a mistake - should there be 17 stars, as on the Ohio flag?

There are 16 stars in the flag. I counted them well before drawing the flag.
