The Town of Imlay, Nevada, now has its own flag - one of few town flags in this state. Although I couldn't locate an image of it, it is clear from the official Minutes of the Imlay Town Board:
Minutes from 11th of June 2012:
Women's Auxiliary Club Imlay Flag recommendation: Terry Sherbinow presented 2 designs that were submitted for consideration for a flag for the Town of Imlay. The cost of a flag is about $40 and the Women's Auxiliary will pay for it. The decision of what design will be used will be voted on by the citizens of Imlay during the Imlay Street Fair to be held July 14. Carol Shank suggested the outcome of the vote be brought to the next Imlay Town Board meeting in July and the Board Members could then make a final decision on which design to use for the Town of Imlay.
Minutes from 13th of August 2012:
Discussion on the results of the Flag voting: Terry Sherbinow showed the group which flag had won at the voting that occurred during the Imlay Street dance. It will be the town's first official flag.

The State of Nevada recognizes only one type of municipalities: City.
However, the State allows that Counties can create Town Advisory Boards for some
unincorporated places, which are considered to be some kind of quasi-municipal
bodies. That is the case with the Town of Imlay in Pershing County

I finally found a picture of it (as a painting on the wall of the
Meeting Hall of the Town Advisory Board)
