The flag is a blue field with the logo in the center of it. The logo takes the shape of two off-center white rectangles. This is overlaid by two corridor patterned "L"s with a blue one, and an inverted cyan one. The Logo first appeared around June of 2020. Which indicates that the flag was also adopted around that time as well.

The current logo was introduced sometime in June of 2020. It includes the same double L shapes which is used on the City flag. Under this shape is the city name in blue with the "La" part of the name being underlined in cyan. The state name appears under the city name.

The flag of the City of La Vista, Nebraska, is white with city logo on it. It was seen on a photo here at http://www.flickr.com/photos/omahayank/3865858167/ (no longer available). Although it is very blurry photo (probably due to strong wind) it is clear that it is city logo. The logo can be seen here: www.ci.la-vista.ne.us/index.aspx?NID=395

The earliest that I could find the old logo was from an archive of the city
website from 2008, though I suppose it could be older then that, maybe from the
late 1990s to early or mid 2000s judging by the style of the logo.
