The seal is made of a ring with gradients of gold and white, along with green outlines. Inscribed on the ring is the "City of" from the city name, as well as the state name at the bottom. On the right and left side of the seal are three stars. Overlaying the main seal is a green banner with the city name inscribed on it. Above the banner is the establishment year. Under the banner is an outline of Georgia with the same gradient background as on the seal, with green outlines. A green star maps the city's place in the state, with a lightning bold symbol striking the star from the northwest side.
