Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at February, 27th, 2004 by the decision of
XXIV convocation XII city council session. The square panel is
divided diagonal from the top and free parties into three equal
strips - red, blue and green. In the center is the yellow vase.
On the gonfalon perimeter is thin border (width equals 3/100
parties of the gonfalon). The author is V.Il'ins'kyi."

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at February, 27th, 2004 by the decision of
XXIV convocation XII city council session. The shield tierced in
bend sinister gules, azure and vert, on it is or vase. The shield
enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with
three prongs. The author is V.Il'ins'kyi.
The stylized image of vase "Nemesis" specifies
development of porcelain manufacture in the city and the local
factory based there in beginning of the XIX century.
