square panel, on a yellow background black vernier, above it on a
vert strip (width in 1/3 sides of a flag) are two yellow hop
cones. The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi and A.Grechylo."

cones. The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi and A.Grechylo.
Vernier symbolizes the advanced machine engineering industry in
Kvasyliv, and hop cones specify cultivation and processing of
this culture and one of versions about an origin of the name of a
settlement."
