The flag is square, horizontally divided yellow-light blue
(4:6). The yellow field is charged with two green twigs, one of a
coniferous tree (left), the other one of a deciduous tree
(right). The blue field is charged with a white wavy line skewed
to the bottom of the flag.

"Or; the vert branches of a pine and a birch. In an azure
base is argent wavy barrulet. The arms is edged by decorative
cartouche and decorated by a rural crown.
Branches are symbol of forest reserve. The wavy barrulet means
riches of water resources."

"It is considered, that the village was found in 1715. On
one of the versions, the first settlers were engaged in robbery,
relied on "night-queen" (nich-volodarka). On the
second, the name is given in honour of the first settler -
Nechvolod.
Now in the village exists forest reserve."
