The Village

"It was found in 1682. The first name is Hysynets', by the name of the river on which the settlement was built. On its coast liked to have a rest the wild geese.

The village appears as Hysynka at the English version of Ukrainian Heraldry website. Correct name of this village is HUSYNKA. The bird in the flag is "the goose",   "hus, husak" - in Ukrainian. Authors of the site made mistake. In Ukrainian version of this page the inscription is correct.
