Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in March, 27th, 2008 by the decision #17/2
of village council session of V convocation. The rectangular
canvas with a ratio of the sides 1:1. It is divided on two equal
horizontal strips: red and yellow. In the center is the Nova
Vyzhva arms. Gonfalon unites in itself colors of Volyn' (red) and
Starovyzhivs'kyi region (yellow)."

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in March, 27th, 2008 by the decision #17/1
of village council session of V convocation. Per fess by gules
and or. In the second part is gules round with argent bordure and
argent paty cross. On it is argent arrow in pale. The shield
enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown. The
authors are Yu.Mazyryk, V.Marchuk, V.Kapitonets'.
The arms is reconstructed on the basis of Vyzhva city stamp which
is on the document of 1732 in the central state historical
archive of Ukraine. Arrow is reference point on the north, a
symbol of ancient communication of Volyn' through Vyzhva by
"Vitovt road" with northern areas of the Great
Lithuanian princedom.
