"Rectangular purple panel with a ratio of the parties 2:3,
with yellow vertical staff strip the in width of 1/7 lengths of a
flag, in the centre of the purple part is the yellow tense bow
with the arrow edge up, with yellow swords crosswisely put on
them, over which in the upper right and left part are white
circles."
