Port commander's flag, two versions, left, after Album des Pavillons[pay00], right, after Flaggenbuch [neu92] - Images by Željko Heimer, 17 April 2003
The port commander's flag as rectangular, white with a red fouled anchor in the center and a canton bordered in yellow, containing a
five-pointed star outlined in res.
Album des Pavillons and Flaggenbuch have both fairly
similar anchors, including the way the cable is curling. However, the
canton of the flag shown in Album is smaller and more
squarish, with a thinner yellow border that is shown only on the
inner edges of the canton (there is no yellow border along the
hoist and the upper edge of the canton), while Flaggenbuch
shows a yellow border all around the canton of the flag. The star in
Album is voided white, while Flaggenbuch has a
yellow star, both stars being bordered red. The star position is not
the same: Flaggenbuch has the star pointing downwards,
which is different from Album.

Port inspection's flag - Image by Željko Heimer, 19 April 2003
The port inspection's flag shown in Flaggenbuch (1939)
[neu92] is rectangular, with a white rectangle with a red border
and with red letters "L.K". The red border is 1/4 of the hoist width,
and the letters are just as high. Individual letter length is 9/10 of
that size, while the width of the lines forming the letters (and dot
diameter) is 3/10.
Modern sources do not show this flag, which might be obsolete.

Quarantine flag, two versions - Images by Željko Heimer & Klaus-Michael Schneider, 2 May 2014
The quarantine flag, as shown by Flaggenbuch (1939) [neu92] and Pedersen (1971) [ped71], is yellow with the Turkish national flag in canton.
Željko Heimer, 16 April 2003
This design is confirmed by a flag seen in 2004 in Bodrum, while a flag seen on 24 April 2014 in Kuşadası had a smaller canton.Klaus-Michael Schneider, 2 May 2014
