Güneykent

The municipality of Güneykent (1,701 inhabitants in 2010) is located 15 km of Gönen and 40 km of Isparta.
The flag of Güneykent (photo) is white with the municipality's emblem. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".
The motto written on the emblem, "Gül kenti", means "Rose Town". The
village is famous for the Valley of Roses, the largest rose garden in
Isparta. The Güneykent oil factory was inaugurated in 1976.
