Description of the flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Lop Buri is dark / white / dark with a white disk and the provincial emblem in the center, including the name of the province beneath. The dark part looked black at the time but I think it must in fact have been dark blue, and the exact colour is unknown.
