I have found interesting commemorative - "5 years of Turkmen SSR. 1924-1929" with an image of the state flag - with letters TSSC (two last letters with diacritical marks), dots after each letter. As far as I know this variant was not shown in vex literature (we know about flags only with the TSSR abbreviation).

The use of the flag in 1929 is highly likely. The abbreviation in Latin letters "T.S.Ş.Ç." stands for the name TУRKMENISTAN SOTSIALIST ŞURALAR ÇEMHURIJETI in Turkmen language. The version T.C.C.P. in Cyrillic letters is the variant in Russian language.
