I have two Slovakian sources that report different flags. First a web
site with all civic Coat of Armss and flags:second: a poster issued by the Slovakian
genealogic-heraldic society 1996 (SGHS MS) named "Slovensko v symbolike
miest"/"Slovakia in municipal symbols". The two sources otherwise have
some little differences, but they both agree regarding this city. The Coat of Arms
from the site Dov sent is rather the same as in the two sources, except
for the supporter (in both sources all Coat of Armss are "supporterless"). But that
can hardly prove that there is none. However, both sources have the flag
of Kežmarok as horizontally divided in four color YBRW, top to bottom (in
"standard" swallowtailed form of Slovakian municipal flags). So, who is
right?

I have the poster too and the book "Erby a vlajky miest v Slovenskej
republike" published by the Slovakian state authorities in 1991. The
book shows exactly the same coat of arms as the poster and what Dov found
, and exactly the same flag as on the poster, that is Y-B-R-W horizontally.
I have checked something else. As all the communal flags in Slovakia are
different, I have searched which commune has a Y-B flag. It is Košice.
So two hypotheses: either the website is wrong and the flag is the one
of Košice, or the book and the poster are wrong and they permutated the
flags of Košice and Kežmarok.

Following the description provided by Pascal, attached the putative
municipal flag of Kežmarok - or is it Košice ?
