The flag is a banner of the arms;
arms granted in 1560, revised grant on 14 October 1938.

for its goats, which explains the animal in the coat of arms. The flag is a banner
of the arms. I based the image on the type image of the arms made up in Riksheraldikerämbetet
(Office of the National Heraldist) when the arms were regranted with a modernized
blazon in 1938.
