least the late 17th century, as shown in this 1700 engraving, showing
only minor variants in its details.

image of the arms, from which I made the attached banner of arms; I’m not sure if this
exact design is used in actual flags. The reported photo shows a slightly
different design, with thin, dark detail and contour lines.
