The flag and arms of Inđija are prescribed in the Municipal Statutes, last amended on 21 July 2008. The flag is in proportions 1:2, white with the municipal coat of arms in the middle. The mention "framed in golden yellow colour" probably means that the flag has a golden fringe when used inddors.
The flag is also used vertically (photo).

Former flag of Inđija - Image by Ivan Sarajčić, 12 February 2008
Until 21 July 2008, the Municipal Statutes did not prescribe a flag but only a coat of arms, but there was obviously a flag in use (photos, no longer online).
The flag was blue with the municipal coat of arms centered. The flag proportions were probably 2:3, to match the national flag of Serbia.
