Shield Azure with base wavy of Argent and Azure; issuant from base a throughout bridge Argent, masoned sable and having three arches; two grapevines Or leaved Argent,ordered per fess, in chief two torches Argent in saltire, having flames of Gules and Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "VIZELA - SANTO ADRIÃO".

Santo Adrião de Vizela Commune is one of the five communes of Vizela Municipality; it had 2280 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 3.0 km². The commune was divested from Felgueiras Municipality on 19 March 1998.
