Shield Gules, in centre a dolmen Argent, in chief three bees Or ordered per fess, in base a threefold olive branch between two wheat ears, all in Or and with green feet. Mural crown with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading "PAVIA" in black upper case letters.

is one of the four communes of Mora Municipality (q.v.); it had 932 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 185,28 km². Pavia is a town and had been seat of a municipality from 1287 to the beginning of the 19th century.
