Shield Or, a pair of scales Purpure lined Argent surrounded by four grapevines Purpure leaved Vert, two in chief and two in base. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "VILARINHO DO BAIRRO - ANADIA".
Meaning:
The scales are an attribute of St. Michael, the local patron saint.
