Command pennants are swallow-tailed with the national ensign in the hoist
and a colored fly indicating the command.

Group Commander: green
Note on eagles: I checked carefully against examples in the source
publication, which includes the official illustrations furnished by the
Polish Ministry of National Defense. Eagles of different designs
are specified for various other flags, but the one used on naval rank and
command flags is invariably that shown on the national coat of arms.
