new Koszęcin commune flag

It is with great regrets to notify you about the rejection of the pleasant flag of Koszecin commune by the capricious Heraldic Commission in Warsaw.
The rejection was done on premises it didn't conform with the rules of heraldry.
They have done it twice already.
In 2006 they trashed the design of the CoA featuring the metal saw, taken from the old seal of Koszecin.

Now, they finally approved, without qualification, the newest design, work of Ms.Malgorzata Kaganiec, who collaborated on the previous, rejected set of symbols with the castle and the musical clef.

The legal document issued by the Heraldic Commission (resolution Nr 164-1248/O/2009 dated June 26, 2009) approving the new symbols of the Koszecin Commune is attached below.

The Commune's Council adopted the approved symbols during the session on August 20, 2009.
The new Arms feature the image of the foundry worker (hair and beard -gold) in silver trousers and shirt, golden apron, and holding in the right hand a hammer and in the left hand, raised, a golden vase.

The Arms are related to the actual person, Mr.Walenty Rozdzienski, a foundry operator in the 16th Century Koszecin and the author of the book on metallurgy - "Officina Ferraria". The colors - blue and gold - correspond with the colors of both, Silesia and Lubliniec County.
The flag is not described, but as we can see, it is just a tautological rendition of the Arms.
There is also a vertical banner scheduled to be used.
