Grębów - rural commune, Tarnobrzeg County, Podkarpackie Voivodship.
Gmina Grębów is a rural commune in Tarnobrzeg County, Subcarpathian Voivodship, in south-eastern Poland.
Its seat is the village of Grębów, which lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Tarnobrzeg and 60 km (37 mi) north of the regional capital Rzeszów.
Area: 186.28 sq.km (71.9 sq.mi); Population: 9,703 (2006); Land under cultivation - 47%; forests - 34%

First mention of the settlement occurred in 1375. Today's Grębów boasts a "Bar Piwny" = "Beer Bar", otherwise it is a quiet village with a library and power gym in the same building. Those tired of reading can go to the other room and lift weights before they go to the "Bar Piwny" for a pint.

Arms and flag adopted on April 28, 2009 (resolution # XXIII/187/09).
"Arms: on the red field a golden boat with a brick tower, cranelated. Above it are a golden paddle and a spear, crossed.
Flag is a rectangular piece of cloth in the ratio 5:8 divided vertically into two fields in colors red and yellow. On the red field (at the hoist) the Arms are placed."
