During my visit to Malta last week I photographed the flag of the
German-Maltese Circle around Republic Street in Valletta, the capital of Malta.
It is a white-yellow-red vertical tricolor, with the emblem centered. The emblem
is a counterchanged white-red Maltese Cross overlain by a black German eagle in
a white disk.
