The symbols of Andrijevica are described in the municipal Statutes (text), last amended in 2014, as follows:
The shape of the coat of arms is a modified square, in shades of blue, red, gray and white. In a central position on the emblem is the monument commemorating the Balkan Wars, the First and the Second World Wars, which is located in Knjaževac. Behind the monument are the mountain ranges of Komovi. On the left side at the top of the coat of arms is an open book in shades of red and white. To the right is the sun in red color. In the right corner at the bottom of the coat of arms is the church of Archangel St. Michael in shades of gray-blue. In the chief the name of the town is written in large Cyrillic red letters.
The flag is rectangular in shape, in length at least twice the height, light blue, with the coat of arms in the upper left corner.

It seems that Andrijevica has started to respect the statute, using the blue
flag. I also noticed a vertical variant.
