In the last summer I started a campain at Lithuania seeking
for their district (raion) flags. One of the answeres
with pictures was Varena. Image above is made acording to those
pictures.

Varena - wrong flag proportions above. On a blue field a white
pale (blue-white-blue 1-1-1), on the blue fields silver
heath flowers with golden sepals and centres, on the white
field the arms of Varena: bee and 6 heath flowers.
Flag proportions 5:8, fringe is golden, finial is a golden knob.
The arms symbolize traditions of beekeeping and the hard working
nature of the local people.
