I ran into the following flags. They are from peace groups in South Korea.
Have you ever seen them?

"Shincheonji, Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony
(SCJ), commonly known as Shincheonji (Korean: 신천지, Hanja 新天地, "new heaven and
earth") is a Christian
organization
established on March 14, 1984 in South Korea by Lee Man-hee. He is the
chairman and leader of the group. SCJ has established several other
organisations. There is some level of skepticism about the purpose of
these 'sister organisations'. Some of the known aliases are "Heavenly
Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light" (HWPL) for which Mr Lee is
the Chairman, "International Peace Youth Group" (IPYG), "Mannam" (Or
Mannam Volunteer Association), "Mannam International Youth Coalition"
and "International Women's Peace Group" (IWPG). The members of these
different groups are also members of SCJ. Under the umbrella of these
organisations Mr Lee is considered to be a peace advocate with regard
to religious conflicts and war, human rights, and youth and women
empowerment. HWPL is a non-governmental, non-profit
organization (NGO) in association with the United Nations Department
of Public Information (UN DPI)
