The Japan Sport Association was founded as an amateur organization selecting athletes for the Olympic Games. The main Olympic body, the Japanese Olympic Committee, was spun off from the JSPO in 1989. The present name of the organization was taken in 2018. (Source)

The flag is white with their logo in the middle. According to the logo style guide, the color red is listed as DIC 2496. There is a specification sheet present for the symbol and it shows the white rays are a 9 degree radius.

Sport For Tomorrow is a
government initiative to introduce sports to lesser-developed
countries in the leadup to the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games that
Japan is hosting. The goal is to support more than 10 million people
in 100 countries before that deadline. The SFT flag is mostly white with a logo; it also has a 2:1 red
and dark red ribbon close to the base of the flag.

The Nippon Sport Science University (NSSU)
Coach Developer Academy; it is a part of the SFT program to help
develop coaches overseas and create an atmosphere of "coach
developers" to where the foreign coach can then build sports programs
in their home country after being helped by the NCDA. The flag is a logo on white.
