The flag of the town of Katsuura is blue with mark.

The town emblem was adopted in Oct 1965 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town embelm depicts a main product orange and Katsuura River running thru the center of the town. The horizontal three lines symbolize Katsuura River, the center part does a young bud of an orange and the entire circle does an orange.
