The city emblem was adopted on Jan 21st 2006 by Notice No 10 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a red , a green and a blue three color city emblem
in the center. The red color stands for the sun, the green color for a ground,
the blue color for fresh streams. It represents an image of the citizen who
looks vivid in rich nature.
