The city emblem was adopted on Mar 22nd 2005 by Ordinance No 3 but there is
no flag law. The white flag has a white, a green, a blue three color city emblem
in the center. The city emblem depicts rice stalks in form of semicircles and
green ground. The four semicircles symbolize merged four former towns and
village and a development of the city. The blue color stands for a bright city
development and the city blessed with water.
