The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) is the governing body for
all international table tennis associations. The role of the ITTF includes
overseeing rules and regulations and seeking technological improvement for the
sport of table tennis. The ITTF is responsible for the organization of numerous
international competitions, including the World Table Tennis Championships that
has continued since 1926, when this federation was founded. The headquarter of
the ITTF is in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The protocol manual for the London 2012 Olympics
(Flags and Anthems Manual London 2012 [loc12])
provides recommendations for flag designs. Each
international federation and international
paralympics federation was sent an image of the flag, including the PMS
shades, for their approval by LOCOG. Once this was obtained, LOCOG produced a 60
x 90 cm version of the flag for further approval. So, while these specs may not
be the official version of each flag, they are certainly what the
international federation and
international paralympics federation believed the flag to be.

Last year Ian Sumner made some scans from the flag manual for the London
2012 Olympics (Flags and Anthems Manual London 2012) which provides
recommendations for flag designs of international sporting federations.
For International Table Tennis Federation - ITTF: PMS 3305 green.
