of Understanding (MOU) signed at the 11th ASEAN-Republic of Korea Summit in
November 2007, and entered into force in December 2008."

The flag of the ASEAN-Korea Centre can be seen in photographs online,
particularly
here (image),
where it is the flag on the far right of the photograph. The flag features the
organization's logo centered on a white field. The logo itself is a hexagonal
shape with varying shades of blue. Below the shape is the name of the
organization in black, capital, sans-serif lettering.
