Santa Cruz del Quiché, the capital of Quiché
Department, used the same coat of arms as the department.

The municipality of Santa Cruz del Quiché uses a flag with three vertical
stripes pale yellow-white-pale yellow. In the white stripe is
located the arms of the city, this stripe is a bit smaller than
the yellow ones. The photo was taken on October 13th in the
municipality. Here is also an obviously older version of the badge,
besides the one already reported below. The badge in the flag is
also slightly different. It seems that all can be used.
