The company commenced in 1906 as L Boyazides, Brothers & Co. changing name in 1934 to Thrasyvoulos L. Boyazides and then in 1957 to Rex Shipping Corporation. In 1997 Capital Management Services S.A. was formed and operated at a separate address in Athens but after a couple of years or so Rex Shipping Corporation disappeared from the scene and Capital Management Services moved to their address where they remain.

Brown's Flags and Funnels of Shipping Companies of the World (1995) [lgr95] shows the house flag of Rex Shipping Corp. as horizontally divided light blue-white-light blue (1:4:1) with a blue Greek letter Β, italicized, in the middle.
Jarig Bakker, 14 September 2005
The Β on the flag comes from the Greek spelling of Boyazides
compared with the English equivalent of Voyazides as shown by Brown.
The livery has basically continued through the different name changes and the flag, it they use one, presumably still applies. One can gauge somewhat by their funnel marking which originally showed a Β also but at some
stage the letter was dropped, as is shown by Brown 1995. However in
2006 it made a return.
